WHY CHOOSE Relief Inspections?
Thoughtful inspections led by experience, curiosity, and an understanding of how house systems work together to support a healthy home.
At Relief Inspections, we understand that buying or maintaining a home can feel overwhelming. Our role is to reduce that stress by providing clear, practical inspections and reports that act as a roadmap—highlighting priorities, maintenance needs, and next steps for your home.
During an already busy time, we handle inspection logistics by working directly with all parties involved and preparing the documentation needed to keep your insurance and transaction processes moving smoothly. Our reports are written in plain language, translating technical findings into common-sense explanations you can actually use. We also include seasonal maintenance guidance to help protect your investment long after the inspection is complete.
As members of the Home Inspectors Association of BC and regulated by Consumer Protection BC, we uphold professional standards you can trust. By educating homeowners on maintenance, repairs, and improvements, we support a smooth and confident transition into each stage of homeownership.
Your family’s safety, health, comfort, and peace of mind are always our top priority.
MEET SHEENA
Sheena provides thorough, detail-oriented home inspections, assessing all major systems—from structural integrity to factors that may affect your family’s health and overall well-being.
She is a Canadian-certified Radon Measurement Professional, a licensed Commercial Building Inspector, and WETT-certified for wood-burning appliances. Sheena is confident in evaluating structure, roofing, drainage, grading, ventilation, heating, and moisture management, with a strong focus on how these systems interact.
She believes it is far better to identify issues within a home than for families to experience health consequences later. As a Registered Respiratory Therapist and Certified Asthma Educator, Sheena brings extensive expertise in indoor air quality, ventilation, allergens, and reactive airway triggers commonly found in residential environments. This medical background strengthens her ability to assess how building materials, airflow, and moisture intersect—especially where health is concerned.
