Meet Sheena Grant
Owner/Licensed Inspector
Graduating at the top of her class, Sheena brings a unique perspective to home inspecting.
With 20-year experience in renovations and health care she brings her fresh approach, one that considers the way your family interacts with your home and how a home can interact with your family.
As a Respiratory Therapist she brings extensive knowledge of indoor air quality and ventilation of a space and its inhabitants. With her Asthma Educators certification she is trained in allergies, allergens and reactive airway triggers that can be present in a home; her expertise in these areas are unmatched.
Sheena has honed a keen interest in renovations since her first irrigation install at age 10 with her Dad. Her passion for transforming spaces gives her a leg up in the inspection process. She has renovated many homes in the Kootenay area and understands some of the eccentric quirks that build their character.
She is well versed in how a homes system interlock with one another, and is always learning more. She recognizes that if she doesn’t have an answer she will seek out the knowledge needed and loves learning from the knowledge of others.
